Interserve is always looking for skilled personnel willing to make long term commitments of between two to three years.

You see, serving people and establishing relationships is the best way to model the very love of Christ, but it takes time. The long term Program is a placement that allows for language and cultural study, as well as time for adjustment and adaptation. All the effort will result in a far greater personal connection and a more effective contribution.
